About the home

Welcome to Southern Comfort! This beautiful, spacious beach house is brand new and just hit the rental market! This home is perfect for your multiple family dream vacation! No fighting over the master suite - there are two! One on each floor with king beds, double sinks and luxurious showers. There are two additional queen bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms, and a bunk room on the second level as well. (Room for 12)

But you aren't here to sleep! You need to hit the beach! Take your 6 seater (street legal) golf cart to the Ed Walline Beach Access by Gulf Place, ride one of the 4 bikes or take a stroll for a fun day at the beach!

When you get back from the beach you can whip up a meal in your fully loaded gourmet kitchen. You have plenty of room to stock up for the week with the commercial size refrigerator and freezer. The oversized oven and 6 burner gas stove will have you cookin up a storm! There is a 9 foot island with enough room for 10- plus the dining room table. No knocking elbows here!

After dinner unwind in the spacious living area! There is plenty of room for your whole party to watch movies or sporting events on the big flat screen TV. But, if you want to split up, you have a large upstairs family room with it's own large flat screen, wine fridge, coffee bar and huge sliding glass doors opening onto a balcony with a seating area.

Don't forget backyard fun with the private pool (heated for an extra charge), patio and built in gas grill. Watch movies in the pool from the outdoor TV or play bean bags. Never a dull moment!

We are excited to have you stay with us! Oversee Rentals is a small locally owned company comprised of hard-working professionals passionate about providing a clean home and consistent experience for our guests. Our local office is located within 10 miles of this home. We are open seven days a week and operate a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. We are right down the street and are happy to head your way!

*check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and checkout is at 10:00 AM CST

Additional steps we are taking to ensure that we are doing all we can for our guests:
*We have purchased additional commercial disinfectant for our cleaning staff.
*We have stripped our homes of decorative pillows.
*All linens, towels, etc. are laundered upon every check-out.
*You are able to go directly to the property to check-in and check-out.
*Our office and staff are within a few miles of our homes, but we will first try to problem solve any issues over the phone or text prior to sending a staff member into the home.

The kitchen was fantastic. Close to ocean the gulf cart made it do easy to get to the ocean. Plenty of room!!!

This practically new home is beautiful and perfectly decorated. Love that all bedrooms but bunk beds have their own private bath and there’s one shared downstairs bath as well. The ground floor master bedroom is handy for those who can’t maneuver stairs well. We enjoyed the patio and the swimming pool and had fun with the golf cart. Loved that even beach necessities were there for our use. The area is very nice - delicious and fun restaurants and the beach is beautiful with nearby access.

The house was beautiful and spacious. It was decorated lovely. The golf cart was a necessity to get to the beach so this was very much appreciated!! My concerns were related to checkin and cleanliness. We were not able to get into the house until after 5 because the cleaning crew was still there. We had to sit in the driveway until they finished. I’m sure they were trying to hurry and it showed. We didn’t have trash bags in the trash cans, towels were not stocked in every room, hand soap was not in each bathroom. I do not think the floors were mopped. There was sand all over and especially in the corners of the stairs. It just looked like there was a lack of attention to details. Despite this, the lady cleaning was apologetic and friendly.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect to get to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. The kitchen is a chefs dream not to mention the large refrigerator that’s large enough to store food for a month! The beds were amazing, the pool was heated ( extra charge), the place was very clean with lots of towels. We will be back next year.

We were honored to be the first renters of this fabulous property and I can't say enough good things. The location is quiet and the beach is just a few minutes away by golf cart. There was room for our entire party to spread out or come together as we liked. The house is stunning and well appointed. It is a design magazine come to life. The owners provided a book with instructions on all of the amenities, recommendations on local restaurants, and even menus. Oversee was excellent and I wouldn't rent from anywhere else. Can't imagine staying anywhere else in the future.
