Born and raised in Albany, Georgia, James and his family vacationed in Panama City Beach and the Emerald Coast every year, so finding a career on the Florida Panhandle just seemed like the right thing to do. The hospitality industry was a natural fit for James, and he started as a seasonal marine dockhand. Subsequent promotions led to setting up for banquets and events, kitchen management, then food and beverage supervisor before becoming a property manager. When he’s not working, you can find James and his wife on one of our beautiful 30A beaches, unless they’re traveling -in which case you won’t find them at all.
