Confirmation

Once you have booked your reservation, we will be calling to confirm the following information: property, dates booked, and the number of adults and children. If we do not hear back from you, an email will be sent to the email address on file. Your card will not be charged until this information is confirmed. We will make every effort to get ahold of you. After many failed attempts the reservation may be canceled.

Payment

Fifty percent of the rent plus the total travel insurance, if taken, is due upon booking. The remaining amount is due 60 days before arrival. Payment can be made in the form of cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. Please click here for detailed information. 

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is at 4 p.m. CST. If for any reason your property is not ready by 4 p.m., a member of Oversee will promptly contact you with an updated check-in time.

We are setup for self-check-ins. To enter your vacation property, use the lockbox or the keypad after 4 pm. For more information, please refer to the property correspondence email.
Check-out is 10 a.m. CST. Please respect this.

Access Instructions

Once your reservation is paid in full, you will first receive an invite to download the 'Hospitality by Glad To Have You' app. Inside are instructions on how to access the home, either a lockbox or keypad combination, local recommendations, and helpful information about the home such as the Wi-Fi password and parking instructions. In addition to the app, you can access the useful information by printing a PDF or sign-in to a web portal.

Property Guidelines

All properties are non-smoking.

No pets are allowed on the premise. We have nothing against our furry friends, but due to potential allergies of future guests and owners, we do not allow animals (unless it's a pet-friendly property).

Plan on bringing a couple of beach towels as the property’s bath towels or linens should not be carried off of the premise. Also, please do not rearrange the furniture or bring indoor furniture outside or vice versa.

A set of kitchen supplies and toiletries will be given including: can liners, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, bathroom tissue, and bath soap.

Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to an appropriate level when you are at the property.

Please notify us if you plan to host a party or event. Events include weddings, cocktail parties, receptions, welcoming events, family reunions, anniversaries and milestone birthday parties.

Please report any maintenance needs for the premise to any member of Oversee by phone to 888.290.3489. We will respond as quickly as possible to fix the problem.

Departure Procedure

Upon leaving, please do the following:
Leave beds unmade.
Clean all dishes.
Remove all garbage.
Place all towels in the laundry room. (If applicable)

Please make a note of any damage incurred onto the property during your stay. If damage falls under accidental damage, the mandatory damage waiver will incur the costs up to $3,000. By giving us a heads-up, we can fix the problem promptly.
