Private beach access for guests features men's/women's restroom facilities and year-round golf cart shuttle service. Enjoy the two pools, one is heated year-round, the other when necessary.
Big Redfish Lake nature preserve is adjacent to the property and includes a magnificent inland coastal dune lake. A lovely deck faces the water, an awesome place for a glass of wine while taking in the water lilies, dragon flies, and picturesque setting.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a K-cup coffee maker and is fully equipped. The dining area has seating for six at the table plus four bench seats at the kitchen island.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and comfortable seating, with a 60" TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Walk through the French doors to an oversized covered patio with ample seating, great for viewing sunsets.
The first guest bedroom has a twin bunk bed and queen bed with 45" TV with Roku. You also have a private bath with walk in tub/shower combo and dual vanity. The large primary bedroom, king, has a large TV. Enjoy your private bath with walk in shower and separate soaking tub and dual vanity.
