That’s a lotta pool! The spokesperson for this magnificent neighborhood isn’t a person. It’s the 12,000-square-foot pool, 30A’s biggest, Florida’s second biggest. Although finding it in this magnificent neighborhood may be a challenge, just follow the comforting sounds of yelping children (and parents) having the time of their lives.

Before you dive in, work up an appetite at The Village and Peddlers Pavilion, where charming shops, tasty eateries, a convenience store, a nearby farmer’s market, and bike rentals galore, keep the energy buzzing.

The best part of neighborhood living? The neighbors! With Alys Beach on one side and Rosemary Beach on the other, you’re right in the heart of a 30A dream. Rubbing shoulders with some of 30A’s most popular amenities, boutique shops, and incredible restaurants, Seacrest sits in the middle of pure fun.

A HISTORY OF POOL.

A newer addition, Seacrest’s master plan got the green light in 1996 (after a few tweaks, of course) and by 2000, the lagoon pool was ready to make a splash, with the first homes not far behind. Designed with today’s vacationers in mind, Seacrest nailed the balance between modern amenities and preserving natural beauty. Thoughtful planning? Check. Stunning architecture? Double check. Mission accomplished? Totally.
