Welcome to Casa De La Sirena, a beautiful new house in Seacrest, between Prominence and Rosemary Beach. Not only is the home surrounded by trees, but the neighborhood is surrounded by an abundance of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
For daily adventures, zoom to the community pool or neighboring towns and neighborhoods on the complimentary 6-seater golf cart, with Bluetooth speakers. Or take one of the 3 included bikes to the nearby beaches. Endless fun for the kids!
Inside, the open living area is spacious and inviting, with plush seating and a large TV. The kitchen includes commercial-grade appliances and all the tools you need.
The dining area seats eight, with four additional bar stools along the island/countertop.
On the first floor is a primary bedroom, king, with walk-in shower.
On the second floor, a guest room, king, with full bathroom and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom, king, has a private bath with tub/shower combo as well as a private outdoor walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom features two queen beds and private bath with walk-in shower.

We had such a great time. we had 8 people in the house at any given time and yet we didnt feel like we were on top of each other. It was spacious and peaceful. the screened in porch is where I spent so much time. The location to the beach and pools.was perfect. Its right in between Rosemary and Seacrest which was so convenient. The house was clean for the most part. The kitchen came stocked with all cookware which was great for our 2 week stay. The bikes and the golf cart were great amenities, although the golf cart could probably stand to be replaced. Otherwise, it was an amazing place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

OVERALLL this home was great! It‚’s close to the beach, close bike ride to Alys Beach. We enjoyed our stay. Just a few things to point out. There are NO BEACH CHAIRS OR TOWELS here so plan accordingly to rent these out or bring your own. The living room furniture could use some updating. Some of the outdoor furniture smelled. The golf cart could be replaced. It‚’s old and steering is hard. Other than that everything was great. The Company could tend to the minor things I listed and it would be the perfect air bnb!

We had such a wonderful stay here! There was more than enough space in the house and it was pretty peaceful in the neighborhood. The house was spotless and it was very easy to check in and make ourselves at home. The golf cart was such an added bonus that we used it for our evening rides! We had a wonderful stay! Our family included 6 individuals with plenty of room in the house to spread out. We liked the quiet neighborhood away from a lot of the business of 30A when we were wanting to wind down. The house is conveniently located across from the neighborhood heated pool and a quick golf cart ride to the private beach which is perfect with having young kids. It is close to lots of great food and stores. Will definitely stay here again upon returning. House was clean and well stocked.

This is the second year that we have stayed at Casa de la Sirena. We love the location of the house along with the amenities. We especially enjoy the golf cart, beach set-up, and the bikes. The house itself is very nicely furnished, and we love the comfortable king and queen beds in each bedroom. The open floor plan downstairs is spacious and comfortable. The house is clean and well-maintained. We love the proximity to the pool as well. Customer service has always been easy and prompt. The only thing I can think of to add for convenience would be a pack and play for the babies. We look forward to staying here again!

We had the BEST week at this beautiful home! The pool facilities were amazing and directly across the street. The golf cart made going to the beach super simple! Oversee staff and management were more than helpful, and immediately addressed any question we had. By far the best beach experience EVER and I’ve been coming to this area for many years. We are definitely interested in booking this property again and also any other properties managed by Oversee.

We had a great experience at Casa De La Sirena – the home was beautiful, and spacious, and it was easy to book, get in and check out. The neighborhood is quaint and set apart from other neighborhoods, yet still easy enough to get to the beach with the bikes or golf cart. The only downside – which we didn’t realize when we booked the property – was the stairs down to the beach. We had an 18-month baby in tow, and with a variety of beach “gear” it was unexpected when we saw we had ~40 stairs to go from the boardwalk to the beach…not complaining, just didn’t know. Overall, the house was beautiful and fantastic…know that the walls are a bit thin, so noise travels, but not too bad. The screened in porch was a huge plus for hanging out in the evenings. We’d definitely stay again.
