Home was perfect for our whole family. Minimalist decor was perfect to not tempt our two toddler grandchildren. The pool was the best we have ever had at any other location we have stayed at. Big hit to say the least with all. One suggestion is to have some type of dresser or chest of drawers in all the bedrooms.

We have rented places for vacations all over the world, and Oversee was by far the best rental management group in our experience. Their communications were excellent. They were immediately responsive to any questions or needs we had, including replacing a coffee maker and microwave that malfunctioned. I cannot recommend Oversee highly enough.

Quiet, private and peaceful. Great house with spacious bedrooms and communal areas. Loved the pool with hot tub in backyard. Very close walk to the beach that was never crowded. Felt like we had it all to ourselves. Even with the house feeling private and quiet, a lot of great restraints are a quick drive down the road. Will be back!

The house was excellent and in perfect, clean condition. The location is in a gated area with easy access to the beach and to 30A for driving, walking, or biking. Everything is nearby and there is a lot to do. The Oversee property managers were superb, quickly replacing a malfunctioning coffee maker and a malfunctioning microwave with no hassles. The pool was perfect and heated and the walk to the beach effortless.

What a great home away from home! The house was a great layout for our family of 6 adults. The pool was exceptionally large which we loved since we had some days on the Gulf with double red flags. The house feels brand new, updated and beautiful. Large open floor plan on the main floor and the bedroom / bathrooms were very nice…felt brand new. Each bedroom (except the bunk room) has their own well appointed bathroom and TV. The walk to the beach was perfect with a great path to and from…and not a long walk. A must place to stay!!!

I cannot wait to come back here! We hosted my bachelorette weekend and it was perfect‚Ķpool was so pretty and quiet‚Ķgreen all around. House was GORGEOUS. I can’t say enough good things. The area has nice restaurants‚Ķprivate beach that was calm and overall just amazing.

Our week at this house was great. We split our time between the pool and the ocean and couldn’t have been happier with the house. Every room was very spacious – even bigger than the pictures show it. And the bunk room was great for our little kiddos. Definitely a short walk to the beach and that made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day if we forgot something or needed a break from the beach. No complaints – great place and host!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT PLACE! I would recommend this house to everyone over and over again. The house was in the best location, it was very private and quiet. All the accommodations were exactly as described. No one felt on top of each other during our stay. The layout of the house is perfect. Oversee, the company, was very responsive. We had issues with some of the showers not draining and within an hour of messaging with them we had maintenance on property. The house to beach location is perfect. We were within 10-20 minutes to all attractions. I hope to stay at this house again in the future!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. Bedrooms were perfect for our 14 guests. The 6 bunks in one bedroom were perfect for our 6 grandchildren (age 6to11). Beach location couldn’t be better. Truly 267 steps!! So much to do on 30A! Would definitely consider staying here again.
