What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex. If you choose to pay with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex a 2-3.5% (depending on the property) convenience fee is factored into the quote. If you choose to pay with an Amex, an additional .5-1.4% (depending on the property) Amex convenience fee will be added to the booking during the confirmation phone call.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 50-percent deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable if canceled at least 60 days before your arrival. If you cancel after the 60-day mark, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Are pets allowed?

We welcome our furry friends to our selected pet-friendly homes. If bringing a pet, there is a $200 per-pet non-refundable charge, plus any additional cleaning expense.

What household items are provided at my rental home?

Your home is furnished with an initial set up of amenities. This includes: a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a kitchen sponge, three large trash bags, two small liners per wastebasket, three dishwasher pods, three laundry detergent pods, a three fl.oz bottle of dish soap, a bar soap per bathroom, a small bottle of shampoo per full bath, and a small bottle of conditioner per full bath. (Amenities are subject to change)

What should I bring to the beach?

Our initial setup of amenities will get you through the first night. We recommend bringing your own personal toiletries with you or purchasing them when you arrive. Make sure to bring sunscreen, beach towels, food, and more importantly your swimsuit!

What should I know leading up to my check-in date?

Once your final payment is made, you will receive an invitation to download our Hospitality App. Download and make sure the notifications are turned on. Starting five days prior, we will be sending push notifications preparing you for your upcoming stay. Inside you will also find beach and pool access information, check-in and check-out procedures, Recommendations for local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, services, and events plus much more.

How do I check-in?

Check-in is at 4 p.m. CST. You may access the property at any time after the check-in time. Access information will be inside your guest portal in the Hospitality App along with a ten-digit access code. You can even create your own 3-5 digit code. Just follow the instructions, and you’re all set.

Is there an age minimum to rent a home?

You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve one of our homes, and you must occupy the house during the entire stay. One parent chaperone must be present for every four guests under the age of 25. If renting during the month of March and April, we require one parent or guardian be present for every three guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
