A sparkling private pool and breathtaking Gulf views? Whoa! Charming, bright, and modern, Villa La La is a gorgeous retreat. Just a short stroll from the sand, its Seagrove Beach address is hard to beat. A perfect spot to slow down and soak up everything that makes 30A feel so special.

Mornings call for coffee on the deck as the Gulf sparkles below.

Afternoons were made for poolside lounging (or cannonballs, depending on your crowd). And evenings? They’re for long dinners, lots of laughter, and nightly swims under the stars.

The main level is open and full of natural light, framed by soft coastal tones and thoughtful design. The kitchen is sleek and social, with stainless appliances, plenty of prep space, and seating for four at the counter. The dining area nearby fits eight more, ready for long meals and even longer conversations. French doors open to a screened patio where dinner outdoors, with the gulf breeze, feels heavenly.

Five stylish bedrooms offer space for up to 12 guests, each designed with relaxation in mind. There’s room for everyone to stretch out, unwind, and stay awhile.

Out back (didn’t we already mention the pool?), the private fenced yard turns into its own little resort: That pool! The comfortable loungers and a gas grill for afternoon cookouts is the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

When adventure calls, coffee shops, local dining, and Seagrove’s favorite spots are just minutes away, just hop on a complimentary bike! And cruise to Seaside, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, or Rosemary Beach, all just a short ride away.

The deeded beach access for Summers Edge is a 0.2-mile, 3-minute walk from the home. To get there, turn left onto Eastern Lake Road, then turn right onto S Ryan. The beach access pergola is located down S Ryan to the left of the community pool. Take the path down from the pergola to the "T" intersection, where you will see the beach access sign leading to the boardwalk, which takes you directly down to the sand.

A Villa La La is that rare kind of beach home that manages to be both luxurious and laid-back. The views are spectacular, the vibe is effortless, and every moment feels magical. Enjoy your true 30A dream vacation! Very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on 30A with Oversee! The house was well equipped and the location was excellent. We had a couple of maintenance issues but the team was quick to come out and resolve them. We look forward to staying again!
