A very unique property. Imagine walking out of your living room one second, and directly onto the expansive beach, the next.
The two-level townhouse is spacious and accommodating, but also cozy and comfortable. And no matter where you’re at, your eyes are drawn uncontrollably to the glorious colors beyond the glass doors. Funky and casual, the décor and furnishings are as unique as the location.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom, king, has a private bath, TV, and a private balcony with views of you-know-what. Nice!
The guest room, queen, is nearby. Plus, the living room has a full sleeper-sofa.
The entire building was renovated in 2019. This is an end unit!

The place was just as described in the listing. Gorgeous coastal decor throughout the living space.The view is amazing! The only thing that could’ve been better would be the living room furniture. The furniture was nice and in good shape but, super uncomfortable. Also, just an FYI the bed in the master bedroom is super tall. I’m 5’0 and struggled a bit getting up there (story of my life).

This unit is a dream! The location is unbeatable‚Äîbeing able to step right out onto the beach felt like luxury, and I don‚’t think I can stay anywhere else now. The hosts truly thought of everything: beach towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, and even a hose to rinse off before coming inside. We also appreciated the cleaning supplies, which made it easy to keep things tidy during our stay. When we had a couple of technical issues, they were incredibly responsive‚Äîeverything was handled within hours. I usually love trying new places, but I already know we‚’ll be coming back to this one time and time again!!

Stayed at Beach Pleeze for a girls weekend. It was selected because we could step right out into the beach sand from the patio. The comfort, cleanliness, peacefulness, and professionalism by Oversee were all great bonuses. Highly recommended and would rent location again.

Upon entering we immediately noticed the craftsmanship, decor, and cleanliness. The pictures do not give the full experience. Open up the back sliding door and take 4 steps and you’re in sand. The bed was comfortable and we always felt refreshed from our afternoon naps after baking in the sun and our dips in the ocean. We are already looking to book again soon.

If you want a place that’s updated, has beautiful views and literally steps to the ocean this is your place. It’s always a worry whether the place will match the description and pictures and this one absolutely does. We walked the beach every single day, picked up lots of shells, ate at some local restaurants, visited the zoo (seriously do it, the alligators are worth it),walked on the pier – strolled the cute shops – and ate at a bar & grill at Pier Park, shopped the mall, hiked Conservation Park, walked around St Andrews State Park (beautiful), read 2 books, enjoyed getting to know our neighbors and still had time for a nap nearly every day. It was sweatshirt weather which meant we didn’t wear swim-suits but we sat on the beach and watched the sun set (they provide chairs). It was very quiet, one of the better spots in that area. We’ll be back!

We did love this condo! We loved that it was right on the sand with beautiful beach views. It was convenient to walk back and forth from the beach to the condo. Our group was 2 couples, so we loved that both bedrooms were suites with their own private bathrooms. We felt safe at night staying here with the way we could lock the front door and the sliding door. My favorite thing about this condo is that it was very clean! Cleanliness is a deal breaker for me and I was pleased that it met my standards. It was overall a great decision to stay here!

This was our first family (of 3) vacation. From the moment we walked through the door we were amazed. We’ve stayed in many places on our world travels. This one took the cake. I could explain all of the things I liked but it would take too long so I’ll list what I didn’t instead. There is nothing about this rental I didn’t like. üòÇ. Terrific townhouse on the perfect quiet beach. It was beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our wonderful beach vacation. You can relax on the porch and enjoy the ocean view or step off the porch into the white sand and walk a few yards down to the water. There are no high-rise properties around with thousands of people, so the beach is nice and quiet. The property management company OVERSEE was excellent to work with and helped us after hours to extend our stay for another day/night after our flight was cancelled. Perfect place to stay!!! I’ll be back!!

The townhome sits directly on the beach with unobstructed, direct access to the water, which was ideal for our family with two young kids. The layout of the townhome was great, and it was perfectly decorated and clean. The owners/management company really thought of everything with multiple outlets, everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of extra towels and linens, etc. We would absolutely stay here again, it was a special place!

We stayed for the month of February. Great location! You can literally walk out on the beach anytime. On the west end, so not crowded at all. We like that. The rental has been recently updated, however we did have some minor issues during our stay. The Oversee Group did a great job of trying to get those fixed and actually brought us ice when the icemaker quit. Great service. Unit had everything we needed except a can opener. Would suggest a deadbolt or a hotel lock on the front door, rugs underneath the beds (or beside them), and a SMART TV downstairs. We enjoyed our time very much and would come back again.

This was an absolutely amazing location. The condo was updated and clean. Few maintenance issues like a toilet not working and no sheets on one of the beds. Overall, beautiful condo. Open your doors and you are on the white sand- Will definitely be returning very soon
