A stone’s toss from Dragonfly Pool and minutes from Camp WaterColor, this designer five-bedroom retreat brings comfort, style, and all the thoughtful touches that make a vacation feel effortless. Roll around the community in the complimentary 4-seater golf cart, hop on one of the five bikes for a spin to the beach, pool hopping, coffee pickups, or spontaneous detours.

Guests have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club, now featuring a trio of pools, generous lounge areas, an elevated grill, and a sunset bar called Costa Chica, all set against wide Gulf views.

Inside, the main level sets an easy rhythm with generous gathering space, a dry bar stocked with a wine fridge and ice maker, and a chef-friendly kitchen with premium appliances and a large island built for conversation. Dark hardwood floors and white shiplap keep things crisp and coastal.

A serene primary suite, king, sits on this level with a spa-style bathroom, along with a convenient powder room.

Head upstairs for four more bedrooms and a second living area perfect for movie nights, games, or that essential post-beach power-down. Sleeping options include a primary suite with a private balcony, king, a guest room, king, a guest room, queen, and a twin-over-full bunkroom.

Wonderful stay and vacation. The house matched and at times exceeded our expectations, the online descriptions and pictures represented the property very accurately. Lovely neighborhood, very quiet. One suggestion, given the house can sleep up to 12, a more than 4-person golf cart would be really nice. Overall, great property, thanks so much!

68 E Royal Fern Way was a nice home on a quiet street located 4 doors down from the Dragonfly pool, which was a nice amenity. Also, the trolly was very convenient to getting to the beach club, or anywhere else on Watercolor property.

We loved the location and the house was perfect for our family. We loved the large screened-in porch! Unfortunately, the pool beside the house was closed for maintenance, so we had to use other pools in the neighborhood. The Boathouse pool was very nice!
