**Fantastic Experience with Oversee!**

My family and I recently stayed at a property managed by Oversee, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The home was beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as described. What truly stood out to us, though, was the exceptional service provided by the Oversee team. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available to assist with any questions or needs we had during our stay.

We’ve stayed at various vacation rentals over the years and have never felt particularly loyal to any one property management company—until now. Oversee has definitely earned our trust and future business. We can’t wait to book our next vacation with them!

P.S. The welcome gifts were top notch and getting plenty of use around the pool back at home!

We thought the house was great – and really enjoyed getting away for a change of scene. However – the owners or the property manager need to spring for some decent sheets. With so many upgrades in the home – the poor quality sheets that kept coming off the beds, were out of place and annoying. We had a couple of minor issues early in our stay and management was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book with Oversee again.

This home was in a good location near Seaside. It was about a 30 minute drive to Destin and about a 20 minute drive to Panama City Beach. The beach was about one mile away. The good points:house was clean, nice big kitchen, new furnishings and a big TV, heated pool in common area, management was quick to respond to questions. The not so good: the houses are very close together, very limited parking space (two small cars at best), no bedroom on the first floor, 18 steps to the second floor, no instruction for the smart TV, no broom or extra roll of toilet paper (come on, even cheap motels have this) and probably the worst thing was the traffic and ALL the people. This area was probably a nice place to vacation 20 years ago, but the congestion and crowds really spoiled it for us.

The home is beautiful, spacious, and located in a nice neighborhood with a community pool located just about 5 mins walking distance. It’s also located away from the hustle and bustle of beach life, so if you desire peace and quiet on your vacation, then this is a great neighborhood. The beaches are within a short driving distance. Our family never took the tram to the beaches, but that is also an option. Restaurants and grocery stores were about 10-20mins drive from the neighborhood. The house came with 2 bikes, but unfortunately they were bigger (adult bikes), so my little 10 year old could not ride. Some cons–the washer was not evenly balanced, so every time it spinned to rinse, there was a very loud thumping noise which was very annoying. Although the house appeared to be very clean upon entry, they could probably do a better job cleaning the baseboards and behind furniture and beds. It was pretty dusty around “hidden” spaces. There was no broom available to use, but I called Oversee and they took care of it by sending out someone with a broom. I also felt that as vacationers, we shouldn’t have to worry about purchasing extra toilet paper for our stay. Just a couple of extra rolls in each bathroom would have sufficed…after all, when you stay in a hotel, you don’t have to worry about bringing your own TP…just being honest. I would recommend this house to friends with some reservations, as mentioned above. All in all, our family enjoyed a very nice vacation at this home.

The home was even better in person then it shows in the pictures. Wonderful, serene location in a natural environment, only a short 10-minute bike ride to the beach. Family oriented community with a great pool and play area for the kids. Seagrove and Seaside proved to be a foodies delight. Destin – 30 minute drive and Panama City only 15 minutes. Beach and Ocean are perfect with ample room to relax and play. Overall wonderful experience for my and my family!

We just returned from a week’s stay at Flatwoods 134. It’s beautiful and just as the pictures show! The neighborhood and pool are terrific, both clean and quiet. Located close to Publix and a bike ride away from Seaside and many restaurants. Oversee rentals was extremely easy to deal with and were a text or call away if we needed anything!! Would definitely rent from them again!!

We LOVED our stay at 134 Flatwoods! It was beautifully decorated, the beds were all comfortable, the playground and pools were awesome! The only thing we had trouble with was the washer and dryer. The washer didn’t seem to always spin which left the clothes really wet and made the dryer work extra hard (sometimes it took 4 cycles to dry towels). I don’t know if that’s just the HE washer and dryer or not because we don’t have that kind! Other than that, it was perfect! The first night we were there, the the upstairs wouldn’t connect and customer service was awesome and walked us through it! Even said they would come out but I asked if it was something we could do ourselves because I didn’t want him to have to do that! Places to eat that I would recommend would be The Bay, Hurricane, Goatfeathers Seafood and Great Southern Cafe! Our family loves coming to 30A and We will be back for sure!

Our experience was very good. The house was barely lived in and was as good as advertised. We found a shortcut to the pool area which made it an even better location. The bikes worked great and all the combination locks made it very convenient. I only wish we could have had more people stay with us to use all the extra room we had.

The house was beautiful and spacious for our large family. We definetly would rent this house again and highly recommend. Everything we needed for cooking and more was available at the house. We did not have to go out to eat once and the grocery store was located blocks away. The house was convienently located 1 mile from the public beach access. We also had access to the community pools and hot tub which was within walking distance. The property management company well exceeded our expectations and was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay.

We were grateful to have enjoyed this beautiful home surrounded by nature trails, a lovely “Gathering Place”, a short bike ride away from the beautiful gardens of Water Color and our “Happy Place – Seaside”. It is close enough to St. Rita Catholic Church to attend daily Mass and a short bike ride away from the beautiful beach at Seagrove. The place was stocked with all the extras to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The staff at Oversee Rentals were on top of their game and took care of all of our needs the minute we called.
