Condo was clean, comfortable, and right on the beach! We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony every morning while watching the waves. Location could not have been better. Right between Rosemary Beach and Seaside for dining and shopping. There are also grocery stores nearby. Would highly recommend staying at this condo!

Fantastic location on private beach area. Place was super clean & better than expected. Plenty of space. Host was perfect & exceeded expectations.
Beyond the host’s control is the paper thin ceiling. Each & every step from unit 7 right above is heard. If kids that run & jump, you’ll be in for a long stay. I’ve never heard of an adult that walks as much as the last guest upstairs ON VACATION. They closed all of their rings multiple times.
But this shouldn’t be geld against anyone, is why I still give the place & stay five stars.

Well appointed condo with close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and most importantly, the beach! Private beach area, which means not crowded at all and nice & quiet beach time. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and listening to the waves. Condo was clean, very welcoming, with a good nights rest on the comfortable king mattress. Can’t wait to return. Wonderful 5 star stay!

Beautiful beach, would have been helpful to know that you need a car to get to Rosemary or Seaside towns. Very peaceful and beautiful sunsets. Accommodations were clean and response time of Oversee was very good for questions. Would recommend highly for tranquil getaway.

My family and I loved staying at Leeward II UNIT 4. It was very clean. Close to the beach. And all the towns along 30A. We love coming to Seagrove and will definitely book this unit again.

We loved our stay! You can’t beat a property right on the beach. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. One suggestion would be some better pillows and a larger wall mounted tv. We would definitely book another stay!

We had a great time. It really was right in the center of everything. The private beach was so nice and everyone who stayed there was so nice which made it that much better. The condo was nice and overlooked the ocean (my favorite). They left the best coffee and everything was nice and clean for us. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back soon!

This was a great find. The location is central to the restaurants and shops we enjoy when we come to 30A. The beach access can’t be beat and the condo itself is clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and the perfect deck to enjoy the gulf with coffee in the morning and sunset in the evening. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!!!The only thing that I wish was different was the bed. It was comfortable enough for a few nights but after time is soft and squeaky.

This location was perfect for us. It is a more relaxed atmosphere than PCB. The property manager was available when we had an issue with the property code (the problem was resolved immediately). The proeprty is small but that is what we wanted.

My daughter and I stayed here to celebrate her 20th birthday. We had an amazing time. The location is perfect! We started and ended each day sitting on the deck and watching the ocean. The view couldn’t be any better! We will definitely be back!

This was a last minute reservation for us. Our original plans had been changed due to hurricane Dorian. What a beautiful change it was! We loved everything about our stay! From the helpful very friendly staff at Oversee to the magnificent sugar white sand beach. We stayed in Leeward II unit 4. The condo was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and right on the beach! My husband and I had a delightful stay here for our Anniversary in April. This particular area along the Beaches of 30A is one of our favorite places to stay. The beaches are gorgeous and not too crowded. The condo was immaculate and well-stocked for our stay. The beach access is only steps away from the balcony and the views from the balcony are amazing!

We enjoyed staying in this very clean condo. The views were beautiful! It was so nice to sit in the balcony and watch dolphin swim by. My only complaint was a very hard mattress to sleep on.

This is a great location on the beach. I worried a little because the online pictures showed the beach view cut off to the east but it was not a problem at all – a great view.The bed has a firm, but quality mattress. We slept well. We also spent a couple nights on the sofa bed to be nearer the surf sounds and it was adequate. The rest of the furnishings were clean and comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and pans. There was even coffee and filters.There is plenty of paved parking.The rental process went very well. I did not download the app they have but all the info was in emails and on the web site. One really nice feature was you can program in your own door code, so we could use a number we use at home and not have to look at the phone every time you want to unlock.Even after two walk-throughs when we left, we managed to forget something important. I called the management, spoke to Ryan, and within an hour or so our piece of mind was restored because they found it. The next morning they sent it back to us.

We love Seagrove and staying at Leeward II was one of our best visits yet! Loved the location; perfect size for our family of 3, and very comfortable accommodations. This is great for one couple, rent bikes to ride to Seaside (very close); the queen mattress was very firm but Oversees got us a mattress pad (same day) that helped! That was impressive. The room was very clean and comfy for two.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at Leeward II. Quiet, calm, private, quick access to the beach, beautiful view, everything worked including all applaneces , overall a great experience. The property was clean, convenient, and the location was awesome! Only thing we got is the mattres was a little uncomfortable for long stays, maybe just a little upgrade. We will for sure stay again!

This is our second year staying in this building. The condo was clean and pretty. The best perk is how close it is to the beach. No walking down a mile long boardwalk. Practically a few steps and your toes are in the sand. Not to mention it’s a private section of beach so it’s never too crowded even in peak season. Hope to stay here many times in the future.

This is a wonderful condo. The location on the beach is wonderful – you can open the sliding glass door and hear the waves crashing on the beach. Loved the balcony! I loved the quick access to the beach, when I wanted to be right in the waves! As for the condo itself, it’s beautifully decorated and pleasant to hang out in. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I have stayed in this area for the past several years for our anniversary in April. This condo in particular is in a fantastic location, with a gorgeous beach view right outside your door. We love how we can just walk right down onto the beach, and we enjoyed the views from the balcony while reading or drinking our morning coffee. Great restaurants are only a very short drive away. The condo itself had everything we needed and was extremely clean!

This condo is better than it appears in the photos. It was clean, well maintained and ON the beach, a great location. If the queen bed was more comfortable or had cotton sheets I would give it 5 stars. Overall we were very satisfied with this unit.

We greatly enjoyed our short stay at this property! We were especially pleased with how close it is to the beach. So close we could enjoy a glass of wine from the balcony in the evenings and watch the waves. Wifi was fast. There is a company that sets out 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for $30 each day (you’ll see their phone number on the shed outside). Remember your beach towels and sunscreen!
