At the top of the stairs (the building does not have an elevator), a charming living room, with a sleeper sofa, opens up to a covered porch, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves break on the shore. The guest room, queen, has a full bath, as well as a bunk nook.
A private beach access is for the building, while two public beach accesses are less than a 3-minute walk away. A rare coastal dune lake also has public beach access. Stroll to the Eastern Lake, simply beautiful, and only a five-minute walk from your condo!
