Welcome to Pappy Hour, a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation condo in picturesque Blue Mountain Beach. Enjoy complimentary beach chair service from March – October. You’ll receive two chairs, and one beach umbrella set up each morning. Four bikes are complimentary as well!
The gated community is one block south of 30A between two non-renting communities, offering the perfect blend of quiet beauty and access to all the conveniences, including a beach-front pool! The hot tub, gas grilling area, basketball goal, and beach access are also just steps away.
Also included is a covered garage parking spot, an additional parking lot, and an elevator, inside.
Prefer a work-out in the onsite gym, then a walk on the beach? Go for it.
Inside, the spacious, newly renovated unit has a comfortable and stylish interior. The open living space and 400-square-foot balcony showcase the incredible Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful!
Staying in for the night? After enjoying the sunset from your balcony, watch a movie on the new 80" Smart TV. Plus, many of the nearby eateries offer take-out. Or simply use the full kitchen.
The primary suite, king, features a bathroom with an oversized jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, 60" Smart TV, and private balcony with lounge chairs. Additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the unit include a king bed ensuite with main balcony access in one, and full-over-full bunk beds, with trundle, in the other, each with TVs.
The beautiful beaches of 30A are featured every year on the list of top beaches in the country! You’ll be within a ten-minute walk to several fantastic restaurants, ice cream, a bakery, a health food store and even live music. You’re going to love it!

Easter pre-orders for holiday meals will open soon online, with all orders scheduled for pickup or delivery on April 4th. Additionally, the annual 30A Easter Egg Hunt is set to begin on March 29th. Each morning, eggs will be hidden across the area from Dune Allen to Watercolor, with a primary focus near Blue Mountain. Hints for the treasure hunt will be shared through social media stories throughout the event.

The location was great! Very well equipped and stocked unit The two primary bedrooms with king beds was great for our group. Quick easy steps to the beach! Loved the walkability to some restaurants !The building seemed to struggle with elevators (both broke on our stay at some point) we also had a 5 am fire alarm that the building had to evacuate for 30
Minutes and it was the second apparently that week. The beautiful beach made up for it 🙂

This was our 4th year at this property but first year in this condo. We loved the extra touches provided by Oversee. We used the bikes and really appreciated the chair service that came with the condo. Furniture was nice and everything was comfortable. It’s located close to so many restaurants. We picked up food a couple of times but mostly ate out. Looking forward to our beach vacation next Aug.

This unit is beautiful and well stocked! By far one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever had! Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Easy to get down to the beach from the third floor.

This trip was special, after 1 year without seeing my Mom I really wanted to make sure we had the perfect place to rest and enjoy. The home was perfect, all we needed, everything in good condition and spacious. Great location by the pool and spa, the GOLF CART IS AMAZING a really great plus to have, the bikes for sunrise or sunset rides, the location to the coffee shop, restaurants, the beach, and everything you would want. We were lucky to have great weather with the best sunsets! This place and the management won’t disappoint.

We had a wonderful stay here for Memorial Day week with family and friends! The house is set up perfectly to enjoy the beach and feel tucked away from all the busyness of 30A. It was a fantastic location and the unit itself was very clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again!
