Santa Rosa Seaclusion is a sensational, pet-friendly home in Seagrove Beach. The large deck is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee, or an evening BBQ on the grill. Your family will enjoy the huge backyard. The beautiful beaches are a quick bike ride away, or an easy jaunt down the street.

Inside, the first-floor guest rooms share a bath. Enjoy the covered patio area outside one of the guest rooms.

Upstairs, the open living, dining, and kitchen area is roomy, yet cozy. A sofa bed is in the living room. Down the hall, a primary bedroom, king, includes a double vanity and walk-in shower. The third floor includes a loft with 2 twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids.

Loved the house. Perfect impromptu vaca-getaway with our boy Maximus. He loved the big backyard with 6ft high privacy fence. House is centrally located between Rosemary and Seaside. Super close to the beach. Pretty quiet and laid back community, if you like it quiet, this is the place to be. Would definitely recommend the house, the host, and Oversee management company.

We came in for a weekend trip and loved the home! Beds were comfortable and location was great! The yard is ample, and lots of seating in the living room, garage play room has corn hole and buggies to bring to the beach. My only suggestions are installation of ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The master bedroom is easily 5° warmer than the living room, though not uncomfortable. Another is a larger coffee pot to accommodate 4 adults in the mornings. The Keurig is ok, and the mini coffee pot worked fine. We otherwise loved this property and would stay again!

We loved this place. The backyard was a real bonus. The house is clean and well appointed. We’d be happy to stay here again. A couple of knit picks: The sofa cushions are pretty worn and need replacement. Bring salt and pepper.
