Sundance is very good at vacations. This three-story home offers four bedrooms, a crow’s nest, and plenty of room to spread out inside gated Pinecrest on the south side of 30A. Out back, a heated private pool with a playful water feature sets the pace for lazy afternoons and easy post-beach cool-downs, while a community pool is just steps away.
Yes, the space out back (that pool!) has plenty of room for lounging, conversation, and late-afternoon unwinding. But when you’re feeling social, a community pool is just steps away, while the sugar-white shoreline and the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach are just a minute bike ride from the front door, keeping things flexible and footwear optional.
The first floor is designed for together time, with two generous sitting areas anchored by a gas fireplace and a 60” TV. The kitchen handles crowds with ease thanks to a full Thermador appliance suite, Italian marble countertops, handcrafted cabinetry, and an oversized island that naturally becomes the gathering spot.
A guest bedroom with private bath and porch access, plus a laundry room and half bath, round out the level.
Upstairs, two primary suites offer private balconies and well-appointed baths, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a soaking tub and oversized rainfall shower. A bunk room with two full-over-full bunks adds a kid-friendly setup, and a wet bar on the landing keeps snacks and coffee close.
The crow’s nest tops it off with a third-floor hangout featuring a half bath, wet bar, 50” TV, bean bags, and a memory foam sleeper sofa. Two viewing balconies offer wide water views that pair nicely with sunsets and late-night conversations.
Sundance keeps beach days simple, group time comfortable, and evenings hard to rush, exactly how a 30A stay should feel.
At Oversee 30A, we also keep it simple with clean, comfy stays and a local team always close by. Our office is nearby, open seven days a week, with 24/7 support if you need anything.
