Tucked inside NatureWalk, Surf Sanctuary is a gorgeous 30A home, where easy days and laid-back nights come standard. With elegant coastal décor, a spacious layout, and an unbeatable location near Seaside, WaterColor, and 30A’s best beaches, it’s the perfect escape for families, groups, and your pup.

The open main living area feels bright and breezy, with a kitchen ready for yummy breakfasts, snack attacks, and everything in between. Upstairs, a second hangout zone waits for movie marathons or a quick escape from the chaos below.

Outside, the oversized backyard is perfect for evening grill sessions and games under the stars. Catch the big game or sip your morning coffee from the screened porch – it’s your vacation, after all.

Six bikes and a golf cart stand ready for adventures. Cruise the Lilly Lane trail to the beach or explore forest paths and hidden neighborhood corners.

Pools, pickleball courts, and plenty of roaming space for the kids seal the deal.

At Oversee 30A, we keep it simple. Locally owned, always nearby, and ready to help seven days a week (with a 24/7 emergency line for those “oops” moments). Vacations are meant to be easy – and we make sure they are.

We absolutely loved our stay on 30A in an Oversee home! From the very beginning, communication was excellent and everything felt seamless.

We were pleasantly surprised when no one had booked the home the week before, and Oversee offered us 40% off to check in a few days early—such an incredible bonus that truly made our vacation even more special.

One of the biggest reasons we chose this home was the ability to bring our dogs, and the pet-friendly option made all the difference for our trip. Everything was so well thought out—from knowing trash pickup days in advance to how easy the entire process was from start to finish.

The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the golf cart was such a fun and convenient addition!

Surf Sanctuary in Naturewalk was the perfect house for our family. It had many different seating areas that were perfect for visiting and playing games. We so enjoyed the mostly fenced backyard that had a firepit, the screened in backporch with a TV, the ping pong room, the large kitchen with a beautiful island that was perfect for entertaining, and just the overall comfort of the whole place! The owners really put a lot of thought and effort into their home!
Oversee was so great to work with. Anytime I needed help or had a question, they responded immediately and were so helpful. We will most definitely be back! 10 out of 10 in every way!
