Inside, the living, dining, and kitchen area is spacious and inviting. Down the hall, a guest room, queen, includes a private bath and jetted tub. Upstairs, a primary bedroom, queen, has a shared bath with shower/tub combo. A second bedroom has 2 twins with a shared bath and shower/tub. The third floor hosts a primary bedroom, king, with a private bath and a shower/tub.

This location is awesome! Our grandkids cried when they had to leave. Area is perfect for bike riding. House super clean! Pool amazing!!!! Rental service was the most courteous and polite I have ever dealt with and that is a lot!!! We will for sure rent from them again!!! Beach across the St but tram came right to house very convenient. The small touches like little cute bags for shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, washing pods and dishwasher pods and they supplied dishwashing liquid were very considerate. Outdoor shower was a hit grill was as well. There is a nice storage building in back for bike trailers and floats. Highly recommend this unit!!!

We loved the fab crab it was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is beautiful and to have the pool, ocean, and all of the wonderful restaurants and things to do within walking distance made it all that much better!

First time using Oversee rental and the experience was excellent. Customer service was awesome and they helped resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Our rental was a good fit for our family, very clean and the rental staff were exceptionally helpful. The rental itself is in need of a refresh as the furnishings and paint and flooring were definitely showing signs of wear. We loved the use of bicycles and biked and walked often through the neighborhood. Wonderful pool too!

This is our third year staying at Seacrest. The Fab Crab offered a great location for either taking the tram or walking to beach. Rental was overall very clean & offered all we needed for our stay.

Loved the stay. Oversee was great to work with. Fab Crab was in an awesome location… 7 min walk to beach, 1 min walk to pool. Quiet, clean, lots of room. Everything we needed and wanted.

We took our 2 girls(5 and 2) to The Fab Crab for 7 days and had a great time. The house was in a good location, not on the beach but walking distance to the lagoon pool and right by the tram stop for beach access. We loved walking to the Peddlers Pavilion for restaurants, shopping and entertainment(highly recommend La Cocina). The house was nice, big enough for our small family, clean and had everything we needed. The staff at Oversee was very helpful, the app is amazing and gives you everything you need on your phone including check in information, beach access info, rentals, rules, etc. We had a few small questions and needs at the beginning of our trip and the property managers we quick to respond and resolved our issues very quickly. I would recommend this property and the area to anyone looking to visit Seacrest, Rosemary Beach or 30A and we will be back.

Great beach house and amenities. We easily were able to fit two families in this space. Very clean and well kept property. They anticipated our needs (bikes to use, keurig coffee maker, laundry detergent next to the washer/dryer. They thought of lots of details to make our stay more comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and we really enjoyed using the pool. The property managers responded quickly to all our questions and helped make our stay effortless.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was spacious, and clean. Conveniently located on the property, close to the pool, and tram stop. Kitchen was well stocked. Would rent again.
