The Palms at Seagrove is the perfect location for a 30A getaway for couples! We have been coming here now for years and always leave relaxed and happy with our accommodations! Oversee was excellent in answering questions and providing extra touches to make us feel welcome! Sunset from the beach and our balcony were perfection and we were so excited our place came with bikes.

Love this location! We will be coming back to stay here again! We come here every year and this is our new favorite place! The views out of the condo are spectacular! Multiple windows with ocean views. The bed is comfy and the remote ceiling fans are perfect for hot sleepers. Nice wall mounted large TV‚’s for late night movies. The bikes are a fun addition as well.

We were missing the amenities we were told it would come with (dish soap, paper towels, etc.), but oversee rectified the situation right away. The keypad battery was also dying but they also fixed that. Otherwise location was great

Wonderful location in Seagrove Beach. The unit was very clean and there were no issues at all during our week-long stay. We have visited different properties in Seagrove Beach and this one has by far been the best.

Wonderful location and the views can‚’t be beat. Coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean every morning while watching the dolphins made for the most relaxing trip. Kitchen had everything we needed. Freezer makes plenty of ice. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and so enjoyable. This was my second time to rent this condo and it never disappoints!

Although the area and beach were perfect, the condo was in need of updated bathrooms and kitchen utensils and glasses. The mgmt company was so hard to reach and the client portal was very hard to navigate.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the property (although it was not brand new as described). Having the extra side windows being a 2nd floor corner unit made for fabulous views and a sunny space. Location to beach was just steps away, and had a lovely bike path in front of property (with 2 cruiser bikes), that ran aong 30A. Easy to bike to Seaside/Waterclor and Watersound. Would highly recommend.

Location was perfect! Easy to walk, bike or golf cart to many restaurants and shopping. The beach views were incredible and the condo is just steps away from the beach. Booking, check-in and check-out process was seamless. We had no issues while staying here and would return to The Palms for future trips! The only recommendation I have is that the condo is in need of a very good deep clean (ceilings, walls, shower, bathrooms). Other than that, I would recommend.

Property was very clean and just the right size for 2 people. The view and property are exactly what the pictures show and the condo sits in a very nice area. Close to the beach and all other amenities the area has to offer. The folks that take care of the booking are very quick getting back to you with any concerns or answers to questions you might have.

Wow – amazing condo, very clean, beautifully decorated, Kitchen fully stocked, very comfortable king bed, an awesome rental agency and steps from the Gulf shore! Balcony was beautiful for breakfast and dinner, sounds of the rolling waves and incredible sunrises and sunsets. We really enjoyed biking all around this area. So much to see. This unit and rental agency were second to none. First time to Florida’s panhandle and we will return – to this unit!!!!! Thank you Oversee and to the property owners for sharing your amazing condo!!!
