WaterColor. You can’t miss it. Grayton Beach is within bike-riding distance to the west, while sharing its cozy neighborhood with Seaside to the east. Its central location lets you enjoy the beach, and the largest coastal dune lake around, all in one charming neighborhood.

In 1999, WaterColor became a part of the revolutionary New Urbanism movement. The master-planned beach community was designed with an emphasis on walking, and biking. Curbside pick-up will be located in front of the WaterColor Package Store, and every meal purchase includes an entry into a drawing for a Fish Out of Water themed gift basket.
