Everything was fantastic, from the unit to the location to the comfortable beds! We enjoyed our stay. It’s close to everything we wanted to see in the area. The kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance you want. If you’re on the fence about booking this one, don’t wait! You won’t be disappointed.

Our stay at The Beach Pearl in Santa Rosa Beach was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. This property exceeded every expectation and made for an unforgettable vacation. Everything was top-notch — from the beautifully designed space to the incredible location.
The home itself is immaculate and thoughtfully decorated, with every comfort you could possibly need. The layout is perfect for families or groups, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy. We especially loved how spacious and open everything felt, and the attention to detail in the decor made it feel luxurious yet welcoming.
The private pool was a highlight — clean, refreshing, and perfect for lounging during the day or evening swims under the stars. It truly felt like our own little oasis.
One of the best parts of The Beach Pearl is its proximity to the beach. It’s just a short walk, and before you know it, you’re on the sand enjoying the stunning Emerald Coast. The convenience made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day without any hassle.
We did have a couple of very minor issues — a beeping fire alarm and a missing remote — but the management team was quick, responsive, and professional. Even on a holiday weekend, they had someone out to address everything right away, which we really appreciated. It made us feel well taken care of and showed how seriously they take guest comfort.
Overall, The Beach Pearl is a gem — clean, stylish, well-maintained, and ideally located. We can’t recommend it highly enough and are already dreaming about our next trip back!

Sea the Day at Pinnacle Point in Laguna Beach, Florida is an amazing home away from home stay. It was beautiful!!! It was very clean. The beds were amazing which were perfect for a good night’s sleep. Easy access to and from the beach. Best part was the sweet complimentary gifts and the beach chair that was made available for the unit for each day you are there for each guest. Staff was so sweet and very helpful. You cant go wrong staying at Sea the Day at Pinnacle Point!

Stunning house. Stunning location. Walkable to everything, including a 1 min walk to the beach. Was the perfect home for our group of 10 women – I will recommend this house to anyone who asks!

This was a wonderful house for our family of 9! Everyone had a lot of space and the shared areas were great. Huge sectional with room for everyone to lounge after a beach day or swimming in the backyard or swimming in the amazing community pool. Incredibly comfortable beds! Great house for our family ranging in age from 4 to 87!

The only things I’d like to see improved is the pool light being fixed so we can see kids swimming at night better and I think a great improvement would be to add a bigger dining room table so everyone can eat at the same table at meal times since there’s room for a bigger table.

Oversee had a lot of extras added that impressed us, from beach towels and to-go cups to all the shower and bathroom items. They were very responsive when e reached out to them.

Great house with bathroom for every room bring your sleeping masks as rooms are bright when sun comes up. Golf cart is handy for the house in the highlands to go to pool and beach and restaurants nearby

The Ethridge house is a great vacation home close to the beach with great amenities. We have been vacationing in the area for 30 years and the Ethridge house for a few. Very relaxing house that works great for my family. Can’t wait to go back in 2026

We have stayed in this condo twice and love it so much. Convenient to our favorite restaurants. Getting to the beach is so easy.

We loved our visit to this property with oversee. We have stayed in the Watersound area before so we were already familiar with the area. The private gated community is a huge plus as it has a ton of privacy and less traffic than some of the areas surrounding it. The private gated community also has a private boardwalk to the beach. That is about a 10 minute walk from the pool parking. The Community pool is also a very good size with plenty of seating. This area has a lot less traffic than some of the other public access beach points in the area. The house has three pretty good size bedrooms that have king-size beds in each one in a private bathroom. There’s also two bunkbeds so could sleep 2 more kids so the house comfortably would fit 8 people. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the pillows in each bedroom, which is a huge plus that you dont always get at some other of these rentals. We very much enjoyed our vacation and will definitely use this house again in the future.

The home was amazing. The backyard was amazing. Nice size backyard with a Blackstone grill for cookouts. Home was immaculate. On a very peaceful quiet street. Not a lot of traffic. You can tell that the homeowner and the management company really care about their guests

We are big fans of Oversee! The homes they rent are always beautiful, clean and in excellent condition. The staff is friendly, responsive and professional. They provide nice amenities like bikes and quality gifts upon arrival. We are repeat customers and plan to rent from them again.

Our stay with Oversee was wonderful. The home was very clean and well-stocked, with plenty of towels for everyone in our group. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful starter amenities and the complimentary beach towels and tumblers left out for us. The high chair in the pantry was especially appreciated for our infant. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. I would gladly book this home again in the future

We’ve been traveling to 30A for 10 years and this was the best Florida vacation experience we’ve had so far. Out vacation rental was so nice and relaxing, especially after a long day at the beach.

Can’t say enough about this home and experience! The home was immaculate, tastefully decorated, full of personal touches to make you feel at home, and convenient to town and beaches! Excellent responses from management, extras you won’t get anywhere else, like beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. And it comes with a beautiful golf cart and 4 bikes! Games are available, they make sure you’re comfortable with a beautifully functioning kitchen, extra supplies like laundry pods, and toiletries, a welcome package, and Oversee quick response for any questions!
In a neighborhood, but the beauty of this is- you can get out of the rat race, and still get to fun things easily. Private neighborhood pool and access to a private beach!
We loved this place and will be back! It was perfect for our family to be able to spend quality time together!!! Win win!!

The condo was perfect in every way. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. We were steps from the pool and the beach. So convenient! The host was amazing and helped us out very quickly when we didn’t have the correct bracelets. The beds and couches were so comfortable. I would highly recommend Oversee and we will be visiting them again!

Loved our vacation at Peaceful Easy Feeling! The home was lovely! The starter packs were a nice touch! The location was perfect for our 4 families with lots of little people. Plenty of sleeping quarters, large king size beds for couples… lots of bathrooms. The folks at Oversee were very helpful and knowledgeable!
And…. The checking out instructions were simple and carefree!

Only negative is the driveway is very narrow but manageable.
